• Test your system out ahead of time by going to the Elluminate Support page: http://elluminate.com/support/
• If you are having problems and use a USB mics/headphone  set, you may find you must reboot your system
• Sometimes, with a lot of people online, it gets c-r-a-z-y in the 'chat area' - since the event will be archived, don't feel you have to take it ALL in at once - choose a focus point.
